Schlock Talk is a community platform for bad movie enthusiasts. The Service provides editorial content, movie ratings and reviews, curated lists, watch party coordination, and interactive tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, lists). By posting content, you grant Schlock Talk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains malicious code or links

5. Community Standards

Schlock Talk celebrates bad movies, not bad behavior. We laugh at the work, never at the people. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks will result in account suspension or termination.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community standards. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Schlock Talk name, logo, and editorial content are owned by Schlock Talk. Movie metadata and poster images are provided by TMDb and are subject to their terms of use. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Movie ratings and reviews represent individual opinions and do not constitute professional criticism.

9. Limitation of Liability

Schlock Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
